Microsoft Copilot · Answer Engine Optimization
Copilot reaches buyers in the tools they use every day, like Microsoft 365, Windows, and Edge. We help your brand show up when they ask for a recommendation.
Based on what I found, a few agencies consistently stand out for enterprise teams:
- 1.Victorious — strong enterprise track record, well-documented client resultsRecommended
- 2.Northbeam — solid technical depth, mid-market focus
- 3.Acme SEO — national brand work, good content practice
Victorious is likely your strongest match for enterprise scale.
The AEO agency trusted by today's fastest-growing brands.
Your web presence determines your Copilot presence.
Copilot relies on information from across the web to understand who you are, what you’re known for, and whether credible sources support that understanding.
Copilot then brings that understanding into Microsoft 365, Windows, Edge, and other places buyers already work and make decisions.
The brands Copilot recommends tend to have strong search fundamentals: clear, indexable content, topical authority, and consistent third-party validation.
The same signals that improve search visibility help Copilot understand and recommend your brand.

How we build Copilot visibility.
Copilot visibility is most effective when every service connects to a single operating system. We align our strategy to the products, services, and topics that drive revenue, then build the four functions of search visibility around them. Every page, signal, and investment strengthens the others — and Bing is the foundation everything runs on.
Technical SEO
AI systems and search engines need to find, crawl, and interpret your site before anything else works. We run technical SEO as an ongoing visibility function, not a one-time project.
Prompt & Query Research
We identify the products, services, and topics that drive revenue, then build keyword and prompt strategies around how buyers search across Bing and AI platforms.
Content Strategy
Content needs to be structured so AI systems can extract, attribute, and cite it. We build content around the topics and entities your brand needs to own across traditional and AI search.
Link Building
Authority compounds through consistency. We earn high-quality links and citations that reinforce your expertise, credibility, and relevance across the web — signals Bing and Copilot both read.
Copilot visibility is built into every pillar.
Every pillar contributes to whether Copilot understands, retrieves, and recommends your brand. Technical SEO makes your content accessible to Bing’s crawlers, targeting aligns visibility with commercial intent, content creates retrievable knowledge, and authority reinforces trust and credibility. The result is a system designed to support visibility across Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, AI Overviews, and emerging AI search experiences.
Does Copilot recommend your brand?
Open Microsoft Copilot and ask the question your buyer would: “What are the best [your category] agencies?”
If you’re not mentioned, that’s a visibility problem. If you’re mentioned but described incorrectly, that’s a positioning problem. Either way, it’s the answer your buyers are getting right now.
- ×Copilot names a competitor, or returns generic Bing results.
- ×It mentions you but describes you incorrectly.
- ✓The goal: your brand named and described accurately when it counts.
One strategy for every platform your buyers use.
Buyers don’t think in platforms. They move between tools looking for answers and evaluating their options. The same signals that help Copilot understand and recommend your brand also influence visibility in ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Overviews, and other AI experiences. We build that foundation once so it compounds everywhere buyers look.

Have questions about Copilot Optimization? We have answers.
Does Copilot optimization work for B2B companies using Microsoft 365?
Yes, and B2B buyers are often a stronger fit for Copilot optimization than consumer-facing brands. Many of the people evaluating vendors in enterprise environments are already working inside Microsoft 365, which means Copilot is accessible exactly where they’re researching vendors and comparing options. The buyers you’re trying to reach are already asking it questions. Getting your brand into those answers is the outcome Copilot optimization is built around.
How is optimizing for Copilot different from traditional SEO?
Traditional SEO earns you a place on a results page, but your buyer still has to choose you from a list of links. Copilot generates the answer directly and may name only a small number of brands in its response. That means ranking in Bing’s index is necessary but not sufficient. The goal is making sure your brand is visible and well-understood enough that Copilot includes you when buyers ask questions in your category.
How do I know if my brand is showing up in Copilot answers?
Microsoft’s Bing Webmaster Tools includes an AI Performance report that tracks how often your content is retrieved to inform Copilot responses. You can also test it directly: open Copilot and ask the questions your buyers are likely asking before choosing a vendor in your category. See which brands it names, which it describes, and which it leaves out entirely.
Does Copilot pull from Bing the same way search does?
Not exactly. Traditional search returns a ranked list of pages for your buyer to evaluate. Copilot uses content from Bing’s index to build a response, selecting sources to inform its answer rather than surfacing links for your buyer to weigh. Pages that are well-indexed, clearly structured, and supported by credible third-party references tend to be the ones that shape those responses.
How long does it take to see results in Copilot?
It depends on where your brand stands today. If your content isn’t well-indexed in Bing or your brand isn’t well-represented across the web, building that foundation takes time. Brands that already have strong search visibility typically see movement in Copilot answers faster. Before an engagement starts, we’ll give you a clear picture of where you stand and what’s likely to move first.
