About Sam

Sam Rogoway is the CEO of Victorious. Sam previously co-created and launched Braindex, the world’s first show distributed initially as an interactive iPad app. Braindex became a #1 iPad app and was nominated for an Interactive Emmy Award. Sam also founded and served as CEO of the popular travel social network TripUp, which was acquired by Sidestep/Kayak. Sam has significant experience navigating the intersection between entertainment and technology on behalf of creators after representing producers and talent in their entertainment and digital media endeavors while practicing law at leading entertainment law firm Hansen Jacobson. Sam is a graduate of Berkeley Law.

About Mike

Michael Todd is Chief Technology Officer of Victorious, which he co-founded. Previously he served as Chief Technology Officer, and VP Engineering, of OpenX Technologies, Inc., a global leader in web and mobile advertising technology that provides a comprehensive platform for publishers. Mr. Todd served as Senior Engineering Manager at Google Inc. from June 2004 to October 2007. Prior to this, Mr. Todd co-founded and served as Chief Technology Officer at Red Swoosh, Inc., a peer-to-peer content delivery network, and Scour Inc., a multimedia search engine. Mr. Todd received a B.S. degree in computer science and engineering from University of California, Los Angeles. He currently serves on the board of directors of Tremor Networks (NYSE:TRMR).

About Bing

Bing Chen is Chief Creative Officer of Victorious. Previously, Bing was the YouTube Global Head of Creator Development & Management, where he co-founded and co-led initiatives that engaged more than 250 million content creators worldwide including the global expansion and evolution of the YouTube Partner Program; the company’s talent incubation program; and YouTube’s presence at major industry engagements like VidCon. He began his career as YouTube’s first Creator Marketing Manager and a Google APMM. Bing graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and sits on the Board of Directors of the Coalition of Asian Pacifics in Entertainment, the A3 Foundation, the Buffer Film Festival and the STREAM TV Conference; is a One Young World Ambassador; and is a member of the Streamy Awards Blue Ribbon Panel. In 2014, Bing was recognized as one of Forbes’ Top 30 Under 30 rising leaders.

About Dean

Dean Gilbert is an accomplished senior executive, management coach, and investor with a particular focus on digital media and all things video. Recently, he served as a management coach and senior advisor at YouTube. Notable prior investments include AwesomenessTV (sold to DreamWorks) and Vidible (sold to AOL). His current investments include Victorious, Wochit, TasteMade, Vadio and Tubular Labs. He also serves on the Board of Joyus, Victorious and Wochit, and is an advisor to several companies and venture firms. During his six years at Google, he served as VP, Global Head of Content and Operations at YouTube; and, as a Product VP, built the teams that shipped Adsense for TV, Google TV and Chromecast. He is the former Managing Partner for Sandalwood Investments, an independent private investment firm. Earlier in his career, Gilbert was the founding EVP, GM for @Home Network and held various executive positions in the cable television industry. He holds a B.A. and M.A. degree from Michigan State University and is a graduate of Stanford University’s Executive Management Program.
