How To Refer a Contact to Victorious
There are two ways to refer a contact to Victorious.
- Fill out the form on this page.
- If you’re a current customer, email your AE directly to connect them with your contact.
When Will I Receive My Campaign Credit?
Within 30 days of your contact’s contract start date, your AE will contact you to discuss how you would like to use your campaign credit.
If you choose to put your credit toward additional services, your AE will expand your current contract to include the additional services of your choice.
If you choose to put your credit toward your current service contract, your account will be credited the amount equaling 10% of the value of the referred customer’s first contract (up to 12 months).
The Fine Print
You (the referrer) must be over the age of 18 to refer leads to Victorious. To receive the referral credit, the contact you refer must:
- sign for a minimum 12-month contract with Victorious within ninety (90) days of referral and
- not already be in active contract discussions with Victorious at the time of referral.
Your service credit must be used during your current contract. If the remaining balance on your contract is less than the amount credited from your referral, you must choose to add additional services to your contract value or roll your credit over to your next Victorious contract.
Credits cannot be redeemed for cash or refund.
We (Victorious) reserve the right to declare a referral invalid if we believe you are abusing the referral program.
