About Sam

Sam Rogoway is the CEO of Victorious. Sam previously co-created and launched Braindex, the world’s first show distributed initially as an interactive iPad app. Braindex became a #1 iPad app and was nominated for an Interactive Emmy Award. Sam also founded and served as CEO of the popular travel social network TripUp, which was acquired by Sidestep/Kayak. Sam has significant experience navigating the intersection between entertainment and technology on behalf of creators after representing producers and talent in their entertainment and digital media endeavors while practicing law at leading entertainment law firm Hansen Jacobson. Sam is a graduate of Berkeley Law.

About Mike

Michael Todd is Chief Technology Officer of Victorious, which he co-founded. Previously he served as Chief Technology Officer, and VP Engineering, of OpenX Technologies, Inc., a global leader in web and mobile advertising technology that provides a comprehensive platform for publishers. Mr. Todd served as Senior Engineering Manager at Google Inc. from June 2004 to October 2007. Prior to this, Mr. Todd co-founded and served as Chief Technology Officer at Red Swoosh, Inc., a peer-to-peer content delivery network, and Scour Inc., a multimedia search engine. Mr. Todd received a B.S. degree in computer science and engineering from University of California, Los Angeles. He currently serves on the board of directors of Tremor Networks (NYSE:TRMR).

About Bing

Bing Chen is a Co-Founder of Victorious. Previously, Bing was the YouTube Global Head of Creator Development & Management, where he co-founded and co-led initiatives that engaged more than 250 million content creators worldwide including the global expansion and evolution of the YouTube Partner Program; the company’s talent incubation program; and YouTube’s presence at major industry engagements like VidCon. He began his career as YouTube’s first Creator Marketing Manager and a Google APMM. Bing graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and sits on the Board of Directors of the Coalition of Asian Pacifics in Entertainment, the A3 Foundation, the Buffer Film Festival and the STREAM TV Conference; is a One Young World Ambassador; and is a member of the Streamy Awards Blue Ribbon Panel. In 2014, Bing was recognized as one of Forbes’ Top 30 Under 30 rising leaders.

About Julia

Julia Tang is the VP of Product and Marketing at Victorious, responsible for all product development and marketing efforts. Julia joined Victorious from Instagram, where she was the Head of Product Marketing and successfully launched a suite of creative tools and apps, such as Hyperlapse which won three Webby Awards in 2015. Previously, she was a product marketing lead at Facebook, focusing on search, gifting and other incubator products. Before Facebook, Julia spent five and a half years at Google launching digital content, mobile commerce and retail products. There she introduced Google eBooks internationally and was part of the Google Offers founding team. Julia is a graduate of the Haas School of Business at University of California, Berkeley.

About Manu

Manu is the VP of Finance at Victorious. Manu was previously at Riot Games where he led finance for the League of Legends business unit. His work at Riot included a number of strategic initiatives that helped scale the finance department while Riot grew from 150 people to over 2000. Manu also co-led the construction of Riot's HQ and eSports Battle Arena in West Los Angeles. Manu started his career as a strategy consultant at Bain & Company before moving on to work in private equity at Bain Capital. Manu is a graduate of the University of Michigan and Harvard Business School.

About Seth

Seth Jacobs is the Vice President of Business Development & Partnerships at Victorious, and a founding executive who leads its Creative Group, overseeing Business Development and Partner Management teams for Victorious’s network of mobile communities. He leads all business dealings with talent, new media companies, traditional media, content licensors and distributors, as well as leading community management and moderation teams that work closely with its partners to ensure the long term success of each mobile property.

Prior to joining Victorious, Seth was the Senior Vice President of Business Development & Sales, and on the founding team at EQAL where he established and led a variety of departments. Seth was also part of the original ‘Lonelygirl15’ production team.

Seth completed his bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Seth received a J.D., with honors distinction from the McCarthy School of Intellectual Property at the University of San Francisco School of Law. He has been a member of the California State Bar since 2004.
